Frozen Warriors

Project description

Award-winning wildlife photographer Chris Schmid has completed the ambitious project of documenting one of nature’s most resilient animals – the musk Oxen. They live isolated in freezing temperatures and withstand winds of up to 100km per hour. To tell this story, Heschl created a minimalistic score that captures the bitter cold, extreme isolation, and everlasting danger that these animals endure.
